Our Processing policy is aimed at 72hrs, excluding public holidays and Weekends. At busy times this may be longer. 

Glitter Products paid for to the EU after the micro plastics legislation. Will only be refunded by 50% of the total order cost. PLEASE CHECK YOUR IMPORT LAWS. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund.

Our payments are via PayPal. 

Our packaging is post box sized for you convenience. 

Our postage policy is recorded delivery, via your choice of 1st or 2nd class Royal Mail. 

All glitters are sent in clear bags as standard, with stickers suitable for 5 g pots. Larger logo sticker are available to purchase for 10g pots. 

Individual glitters are labelled as cosmetic grade and biodegradable where applicable. 

Our Product Safety Sheets are available on request.

UK VAT Is included in our Prices, Customs fees are  applicable to the buyer depending on your country. If custom costs are refused by the buyer and products returned, no refund will be given.
